There are no tracking cookies on this site, no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics that identify you. Reading these pages leaves nothing behind.

The contact form is the one place we collect anything. When you send it we store your name, email address, company and phone number if you give them, the message itself, and which language you wrote in — because that is what we need in order to reply to you properly.

We also store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address rather than the address itself. It lets us stop a machine from flooding the form; it cannot be turned back into your address, and it is not used for anything else.

Nothing you send is sold, shared or used to advertise to you. It is read by the founders and by the person who handles your enquiry, and by nobody outside Coddy Master.

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for two years afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back. Ask us to delete yours — by email or on WhatsApp — and we will, without asking why.
