Privacy
Last updated 29 October 2026
There are no tracking cookies on this site, no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics that identify you. Reading these pages leaves nothing behind.
There are two places we collect anything: the contact form and the newsletter box. When you send the contact form we store your name, email address, company and phone number if you give them, the message itself, and which language you wrote in — because that is what we need in order to reply to you properly.
The newsletter box keeps your email address and the language you signed up in, and nothing else. We use it for the newsletter only, and one email asking to be removed is enough.
We also store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address rather than the address itself. It lets us stop a machine from flooding the forms; it cannot be turned back into your address, and it is not used for anything else.
Nothing you send is sold, shared or used to advertise to you. It is read by the founders and by the person who handles your enquiry, and by nobody outside Coddy Master.
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for two years afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back. Ask us to delete yours — by email or on WhatsApp — and we will, without asking why.
The videos on this site — client feedback and our own explainers — are hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; from then on, YouTube's own privacy terms apply to that video. The share buttons are plain links: nothing is sent to Facebook, Instagram or any other network unless you click one.
If you would rather not use the forms at all, WhatsApp and email work just as well and are on the contact page.
